CGC Trading Cards Launches in London!

The Certified Collectibles Group® (CCG®) is thrilled to announce that CGC Trading Cards® will be accepting submissions from collectors and dealers at the companies’ London, UK, office starting January 17, 2023!

The London office is operated by NGC International UK Ltd. (NGC UK), which also accepts coin grading submissions for Numismatic Guaranty Company™ (NGC®), banknote grading submissions for Paper Money Guaranty™ (PMG®) and comic book grading submissions for Certified Guaranty Company™ (CGC®). The recently expanded London office is located in Bloomsbury, steps from the British Museum.
CGC Trading Cards and its affiliates within the Certified Collectibles Group are focused on providing expert and impartial certification services that certify the authenticity and grade of collectibles. None of the CCG companies buy or sell collectibles, and their employees are prohibited from dealing in collectibles to ensure impartiality. Additionally, submitters’ identities are kept anonymous to the graders to prevent any conflicts of interest.

Over the past two years, CGC Trading Cards has graded more than 2.3 million trading cards and given countless collectors and dealers transparency and confidence in their collectibles. These efforts have led to higher prices realized for CGC-certified trading cards, including "The Swirllustrator," a Pokémon Illustrator, Pokémon (1998) Japanese CoroCoro Comics Illustration Contest Promo that realized $672,000 (about £550,400) in a Goldin auction in October 2022.

How to submit
It’s easy to submit trading cards in the UK. Starting at just $25 (approximately £20) per year, you can become a paid member with NGC UK to gain direct submission privileges, access to educational resources and much more. Next, complete our user-friendly online submission form. You can then either ship your cards to NGC UK’s London office or schedule an appointment to drop off your cards in person.
